TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is a one pack economical roof coating. It provides a highly flexible waterproof
coating with good weather resistance. TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING has long life flexibility and is ideally
suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. It is applied by brush or spray.
PROPERTIES & BENEFITS
TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is a blend of weather resistant pigments, fillers and styrene acrylic ester resins. TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING offers the following benefits:

AREAS OF USE
TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is designed for application on roofs constructed from a wide variety of materials, i.e. concrete, light weight concrete, roof tiles, wood, galvanized steel,asphalt and asbestos cement.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter are removed from the roof surface. Also ensure the surfaces are free from salts, oil, grease and ridges,and protect all adjacent surfaces not to be covered. All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired with TERRACO ACRYLIC FILLER.Ensure minimum slope of 1:75 to prevent water stagnation and to optimize drainage.
PRIMING
If substrate is porous, it is recommended to use TERRACO PENETRATING PRIMER prior to TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING application.
APPLICATION
TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING can be applied by spray or brush at a material consumption rate of approximately 1 – 2 m² / litre per coat, embedding glass fibre scrim in areas which require reinforcement. Allow to dry for 6 hours and apply another coat. Do not apply if rain is threatening, as TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is not resistant to rain until fully dry.
Clean tools and equipment with water after use.

PACKAGING & STORAGE
TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is supplied in 20 kg conipails.
Store containers in a clean dry area protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold.Unopened containers can be stored for 12 months.Use oldest material first.
